Each shared flat has at least one bathroom + an additional, separate WC, a large shared kitchen that is fully equipped and 5-6 shared rooms.
The rooms themselves have a single bed, a washbasin, a desk with chair, a closet, a bedside table and various chests of drawers.
Fast internet is available to all tenants.
The other residents are international and some are fully employed and some are students.
All are very open-minded, cheerful and look forward to their new flatmates.
The landlord is happy to provide bed linen and towels on request.
