The rooms themselves have a single bed, a sink, a desk with chair, a closet, a nightstand and various chests of drawers.

The other residents are international and some are fully employed and some are students.
All are very open-minded, fun-loving and looking forward to their new roommates.
Upon request, the landlord will gladly provide bed linen and towels.
